WOW!! September already! Ready for some cool riding weather and there is plenty
of opportunity for rides coming up. First we have a long weekend coming up, those are always welcome. Crystal River
Harley Davidson will be having an open house at the dealership that weekend so come out and show your support . Also on Sunday
the 5th there will be a cookout at Russ Linstroms house at 1pm. Bring your suits and a dish, the HOG Chapter will
be supplying the meat for grilling.
On Saturday the 11th our Chapter will be
doing a group ride with the Ocala Chapter to Gator Joe's being led by Kimberly Corbin. On Saturday the 18th,
led by Bob Defebbo, is our Traveling Hog ride to Backwoods Bar and Grill in Taveres, and on Sunday the 12th is
Seminole Countys secondary ride called a Zoo Run led by Ralph Trowbridge at 8am. Don't forget our dinner rides, too. Like
the one to Myriams in Dunnellon on the 8th at 6pm led by Terry Corbin, and on the 22nd to Stumpknockers
on the Square by Bob Defebbo, also at 6pm. On the 24th is a TGIF dinner ride to McAllisters in Ocala led
by Ralph Trowbridge at 6pm. On the 19th is a Sunday morning ride, ksu 10am to Fins in Eustis led by Terry Corbin.
All rides leave from the Crystal River Harley Davidson dealership.
September 25th
is the annual dinner party for K9-832 which will be held at the Plantation Inn from 4-10pm, cost is $35 per person. Anyone
interested in participating or attending should see Kimberly Corbin.
Please take note
that Octobers HOG Chapter meeting at the Moose Lodge has changed from the 21st to the 14th due to the
State Rally that starts on the 20th. If you aren't signed up to go please do so, its gonna be a great time!
